RMRS
The certification procedures of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping RMRS and of the Russian River Register of Shipping RRR concern many companies in France and Italy
All the equipment that should be installed on a shipyard in order to build a ship under Russian flag must be approved beforehand at manufacturer site.
THE STANDARD CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE
These are the basic steps to be followed for both RMRS or RRR procedures:
- Apply for the certification, sending technical documents for approval
- After receiving the approval of documentation, schedule the survey with a RMRS or RRR inspector
- Survey of the company and witness to tests according the approved test program
- Issue of the certificate
