PROCEDURES

The certification procedures according to Russian, Ukrainian or Belorussian rules are quite complicated but the main scope of our job is to mediate and to simplify them in order to give a real help to our clients.

Often we can avoid the translation of all the documents into Russian, to send samples and to attend to inspection visits, that can normally be handled by our personnel.

Wherever necessary we can offer translation services at a very competitive price.

THE STANDARD CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES

• contact us with a short description of the products to be certified and their custom code (at lest the first 6 digits)
• we will provide you with an offer in short time and if you find it valuable you will confirm with your order
• you will get some documents to be signed and stamped and the instructions on how to prepare the documentation
• you will send to us the documentation, better in electronic form (we can provide an FTP space for you in order to handle very big files)
- you will get a draft of the certificate for your review (you can show it also to your client for its comments)
• you will then get an electronic copy of the certificate and of the invoices.
• normally the original will be mailed to you after the payment
  This procedure normally takes one month to be completed, but can e obtained quicker in case of urgent needing
  If a Permit to use ex RTN should be provided:
  The RTN doesn't exist any more as a certificate issued by local authorities, it is substituted by an EXPERT CONCLUSION on industrial safety made and signed by an accredited Russian expert.

THE DOCUMENTS TO BE PREPARED

For the certification you should normally prepare the following documentation (Conformity certificates):

• copy of the catalogues
• copy of the ISO certificate
• copy of CE certificate or declaration of conformity
• instruction manual in Russian according to Gost rules
• passport of the equipment in Russian according to Gost rules
• whole drawing
• the list of products to be certified
• analysis of safety risks in Russian according to Gost rules *

* only needed in case of Declaration of Conformity under 5D scheme
N.B. we can help you made and translate all documents according to Gost rules

In case you will need also a Permit to Use Ex RTN:

• instruction manual in Russian language, according to Russian rules
• passport of the equipment, according to Russian rules (we can provide the passport for you if needed)
• drawings
• certificates

What is a Passport?

It is a document that must be compiled according to a specific format depending on the kind of equipment and to GOST Standard rules. Attached to this passports many different documents have to be provided such as:
- instruction manual in Russian language
- drawings in Russian language
- certification book ( certificate of materials, non destructive tests etc.)
- test reports
